1. Startup

If there is no operation for about 60 seconds, the unit will automatically turn off.
2. Measurement position
Place the thermometer between the eyebrows, about 5cm from the center of the forehead;
In contactless mode, the blue pilot light will point to the area you are aiming for. If the eyebrow area is covered by hair, sweat or dirt, please clean it first to improve the accuracy of the results.
Keep the thermometer and forehead still while measuring, as movement will negatively affect the temperature reading.

Unit switch In the shutdown mode, press and hold the “Memory” button, first it displays “---- M”, flashes together with the “M” symbol; long press the memory button for more than 4 seconds, it will display “C + human icon + sound icon”"; press and hold the button for 6 seconds until °C or °F appears, press the "Memory" button to achieve switching between °C and °F. It defaults to the current setting after reboot, while it will save the previous settings in case of power failure.
5. Sound switch settings
In shutdown mode, long press the “Memory” button, first it shows “---- M”, flashing together with “M” symbol; long press the memory button for more than 4 seconds, it will display “C + human icon + sound icon”"; if the sound is currently on, "bi" will be heard
when entering this mode.
Release the button at this time, it will enter the sound setting mode; press the "Memory" button to change the sound once; ""bi"" will be heard and the sound icon will turn off when the sound is on; press the button again to change the sound, the sound icon will turn on and no "" bi" is heard when the sound is muted.
6. Body temperature measurement
Switch the slide switch to body mode, press the “ON / OFF” button to turn on the forehead thermometer, align the thermometer sensor to the position between the eyebrows within 5cm from the forehead, press the “ON / OFF” button measure", at this time the focus light according to the distance comes on, quickly adjust the appropriate distance (preferably when the focus light is within the size of a pea), then about 1S will hear a "ball" sound. (no "bi" sound if the sound is muted), means the body temperature has been measured, with the result displayed on the LCD screen;
Note:
When the measured temperature is below 37.4 ℃, the LCD backlight is green.
When the measured temperature is in the range of 37.5 -38.5 , the LCD backlight is yellow,
low fever reminder.
When the measured temperature is higher than 38.6 ℃, the LCD backlight is red, reminding of the high fever condition with the sound of “Bi”, “Bi”, “Bi”.
7. Measuring object temperature
Switch slide switch to calibration mode, press “ON / OFF measurement” button to turn on the thermometer, align the thermometer sensor with the object to be measured, press the “ON / OFF measurement” button, at this time, Focus light according to the exposure distance, quickly adjust the appropriate distance (preferably when the focus light is within the pea size), when the ""bi" is heard then about 1S (no "" is heard. bi"" if the sound is muted), it means the surface temperature has been measured, with the result displayed on the LCD.
Note:
When the measured temperature is ＜ 40.0 ℃, the LCD backlight is green; When the measured temperature is ≥40.0 ℃, the LCD backlight is red green and gives an audible warning “Bi”, “Bi”, “Bi”.
10 Memory queries
Press the "Memory" button to start the thermometer, the display shows ""M" and
the “M” icon blinks. Press the “Memory” button again to display the number of memory groups + the M icon and about 1 second later, display the displayed memory value + the “M” icon flashes.
8 Shutdown
The device will automatically turn off if there is no activity for 60 seconds.
